Bracknell Forest and Windsor and Maidenhead Safeguarding Adults Board is hosting a conference exploring ageing for those with a learning disability and complex, changing health and social care needs.

Target Audience:
Those supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia and complex health and social care needs. This includes health and social care staff, policy makers, service providers, commissioners and Safeguarding Adult Board member organisations.
